Commonweal is an educational organisation that shares nonviolence resources and solutions. Our job is to inspire, inform and connect ordinary people who have had enough of violence.
We can be found online at www.commonwealnonviolence.org and on social media at /CommonwealUK.
We offer a collection of nonviolence resources - books, journals and pamphlets - for the public to use free of charge. It's housed at the University of Bradford's JB Priestley Library.
The Commonweal Archives are a major resource for the study of the history of nonviolent direct action, and they are managed by Special Collections at the University of Bradford.
More details about all of the above are available on our website.
