Stronger Families Administrator Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Stronger Families team as an Administrator based at the Hub in Bradford. The role will include administrative support to the Operational HUB as well as having triage conversations with parents and referring agents to establish eligibility to the service before passing them over to partners for allocation.

The Stronger Families programme is part of Building Better Opportunities, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund. The programme is delivered in Bradford and Leeds to support families to overcome the barriers preventing access to education, training, employment and skills building. 

We're looking for an Administrator with excellent communication skills, a flexible approach and positive attitude. Combining great skills in Customer Care you will bring a good eye for detail and competent use of IT packages including Excel and Social Media platforms.

Although this contract has a permanent status, please be aware that this post is subject to funding currently to January 2023 and therefore should this funding not be extended further, you may be subject to a redundancy consultation or a TUPE arrangement.

This contract is due to expire in January 2023.
