Peer Support Worker (HOPE Project)

Working for the Cellar Trust isn’t about having a job - it's about changing and saving lives. We are a mental health charity that delivers services to give people a helping hand with their mental health. Whatever your role is you will have the chance to make your mark and see the impact of your work.

We are looking for someone with lived experience of mental health difficulties to deliver 1-1 support to clients as well as helping them engage in peer support groups, well-being groups and community activities.

This is a ‘peer support’ role where you will be trained to use your lived experience to support others. Experience of working in mental health is not essential, as training will be provided but you must be passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and have experience of working with people to build confidence and skills.
