Job  Purpose:

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Keyworker to join our Children and Young People’s team to deliver a range of intensive youth support for young people aged 8-17 and their families as we exit lockdown and continue to respond in a needs led approach.

The role will include one2one and small group work in a variety of settings including centre based, schools and community settings and may include the following interventions:.

  • Youth Mentor e.g. NEET support
  • Thematic intervention e.g. Child Exploitation
  • Keyworker – Think Family Model
  • Education and Community targeted support at key transition points

A working week of 30 to be worked over 4 or 5 days, this will involve some delivery after school and early evenings
