Age UK Bradford District is recruiting for PROSPER and has a vacancy available for the role of Personal Independence Coordinator. These posts are fixed term until end of March 2022, with the possibility of a further extension (subject to funding confirmation) and are funded as part of a £2.7m research programme (PROSPER) - #@ ProsperTrial - which aims to improve the quality of life for older people with frailty by giving them choice and control over decisions about their own health and well-being.

Agile working is supported, but as you will be visiting people in their own home, a full driving licence is required, together with business use insurance and access to a car.
