We are looking to appoint passionate, self-motivated, experienced workers to support the development and delivery of a varied programme of inclusive, quality youth opportunities for young people aged 14 - 21 years within identified communities across Keighley. We require strong, vibrant individuals who have the skills to work with challenging young people, with experience of conflict management and youth development.

The post holder must have a recognised, professional qualification NVQ Level 4 or equivalent (in youth, community or similar field) and a minimum of 2 years (paid/voluntary) working directly with young people aged 14 - 21.
