We are looking to appoint a passionate, self-motivated, experienced worker to support the development and delivery of a varied programme of inclusive, quality youth opportunities for young people aged 14 - 21 years within identified communities across Keighley. We require a strong, vibrant individual who has the skills to work with challenging young people, with experience of conflict management and youth development.
The post holder must have a recognised, professional qualification NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (in youth, community or similar field) and a minimum of 2 years (paid/voluntary) in a Senior Management role within an organisation providing a service to the public, working or coordinating services for young people aged 14 - 21.
