FREE Community Health Volunteer led Activities The Bereavement Peer support group meet every Tuesday at 11.00 am The death of a loved one can be a very difficult time. If you are struggling to cope, this group can provide peer support. The aim is to give people a space to talk about their difficulties, and loss, with others in similar situations. Talking can be a very therapeutic process and can help sufferers to develop coping strategies. This is an informal peer support group for anyone over the age of 18 who has recently lost a loved one.  Come along to learn from each other about coping strategies, support each other and make new friends.
