The regional WYCAS Finance Forums provide an opportunity for people who volunteer or work in the voluntary and charitable sector to get together on a quarterly basis to discuss finance and accounting issues. Cutting Your Costs: Times are tough for all of us – need for your services is rising, income is getting harder to find, and setting budgets for 2023/24 is going to be a challenge for many organisations. We’d like to know what are the ways that your organisation is managing to reduce costs? We know that there is a wealth of knowledge out there among finance workers and treasurers, and at our Finance Forum we’re looking for your tips, ideas and queries to share with others.
