Bradford Park Strolls - in Lister, Cliffe Castle, Myrtle and Harold Parks. Join other carers for a gentle stroll in one of Bradford's beautiful parks perhaps followed by a sit down and a chat in a nearby cafe.

Lister Park meets alternate Thursdays 12.30pm.

Cliffe Castle Park alternate Wednesdays 10am,

Myrtle Park altenate Thursdays 10am,

Harold Park alternate Fridays 10am.
