Bradford Speakers Club
Description We regularly have between 10 to 14 people attending the meetings. This is increased when there are joint meetings with other clubs.
The venue is the Baildon Hall Club, BD17 6NH on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays in the month at 7.30pm. We enjoin those who seek to gain confidence in speaking whether at work or in any other setting, to come and visit us in a friendly environment. The venue is at a site that dates back to 1553. It was the home of Francis Baildon and was a Royalist House during the Civil War. It is said that the ghost of Francis Baildon remains at the Hall, but he has not been seen at any of our meetings!
