Bradford Cathedral Choir

Description To advance the Musical Education and training of its members by providing a free musical education, to enable the Choir to provide Choral Music to enhance the Worship undertaken at the Cathedral and at Civic events. Education of the public in the understanding and appreciation of the musical arts, in particular Choral music, by the presentation of concerts, recitals and similar singing and musical activities. Membership open to girl and boy trebles age 8+, and lady sopranos, men alto, tenor and bass. Meet at Bradford Cathedral: Girls - Mondays 4.30pm to 6.30pm Boys - Tuesdays 4.30pm to 6.30pm Girls & Boys - Thursday 4.30pm to 6.00pm Sunday Cathedral Services 10.15 & 4pm. Sections of the Choir by rota. Approx 70 members For children no previous singing or musical experience is required; for adults previous choral music experience is an advantage.
