Front of House – Bradford - (Post Reference FOH18) – Based in Bradford, full time (35 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 9.30-16.45 hrs).
You will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of the organisation’s members, staff and visitors. You will be required to deal with a variety of reception tasks including welcoming visitors, dealing with members’ enquiries, phone calls, emails, daily correspondence and administration tasks. You will be responsible for responding to general enquiries (phone, email and drop-ins) and providing information about the organisation, supporting the positive reputation and profile of the organisation. You will have excellent IT skills and be courteous, approachable and understanding.
