The aims of the programme are to improve outcomes for children aged 0-3 (including during pregnancy) in 3 key developmental areas:
• Social and Emotional
• Language and Communications
• Health and nutrition

We are looking for a Programme Facilitator to work alongside our existing team of facilitators with a specific focus on supporting implementation of our programme. This role will help our 20+ projects to have effective project management and systems which allow them to deliver to the highest standards.

You should be experienced in your field, respond well in a fast changing environment, be flexible, think strategically and be ambitious for improvements to services for families with young children. You will be an experienced project manager ready to embrace the challenges of partnership working and welcome an opportunity to drive a change in organisational cultures.
