Data and Evaluation Administrator

The post-holder will work flexibly to support monitoring and evaluation of the BSB programme. They will provide an efficient and effective administrative and clerical function with a specific focus on supporting data collection and reporting processes.

Duties include:
• Support and guidance for BSB projects to submit information that is of the required quality in a timely manner
• Working under supervision from the Better Start Bradford Innovation Hub to review datasets for completion, accuracy and quality against agreed specifications
• Providing support for the BSB team and BSB project providers in the implementation and use of various data collection systems and web based collaborative platforms
• Working with the Implementation Team to support the set up and implementation of effective data collection systems.
• Routine admin tasks including meeting minutes and papers and dealing with queries
• Adherence to Information Governance and Data Protection principles

You should be experienced in your field, respond well in a fast-changing environment, be flexible and be ambitious for improvements to services for families with young children. Experience of working in Excel, Access, or other database systems would be beneficial. The aims of the programme are to improve outcomes for children aged 0-3 (including during pregnancy) in three key developmental areas:
• Social and emotional
• Language and communications
• Health and nutrition
