RELATE BRADFORD – CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – MATERNITY LEAVE COVER
Our current CEO will be going on Maternity Leave at the end of February and we are looking for someone to cover her leave. To allow for a reasonable handover both before and after the leave it is expected that the contract will commence in January and last approximately 11 months.
Relate Bradford is a dynamic local charity providing high quality therapeutic services across the Metropolitan district. In order to improve services and ensure sustainability, the organisation is undergoing a period of change in an increasingly competitive voluntary sector environment. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in change management, proven business development skills, as well as being experienced in all aspects of effective financial management.
Relate Bradford is primarily funded through statutory income and candidates should possess demonstrable skills in contract negotiation and tendering. You will achieve these objectives through the effective leadership of a team of dedicated professional and administrative staff.
Relate Bradford is a member of the Relate Federation and we are looking for a candidate with strong partnership skills.
Salary: circa £34k depending on experience Hours: 37 hours per week across Mon – Friday Closing Date for Applications:- Friday 8th December Interviews will be held in Bradford week commencing 18th December.
