We are seeking an experienced individual to manage the Skipton locality, ensuring CQC fundamental standards and KLOE are met, maintaining the quality of the service provided and working as part of management team to continually improve services. You will be highly motivated and able to provide advice and guidance and manage a staff team.
The role will involve:
• The development of the locality area, the service, staff team and customers
• Helping to promote the highest standards of care and service and as part of the management team, ensuring that quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the organisation.
The successful Manager will have:
• Minimum working towards Diploma Level 5 for Care Managers or equivalent.
• Relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of care standards, regulations and relevant legislation
