Updating

The DIVA database builds on several existing information sources about voluntary groups, the largest of which was the Clubs and Societies database maintained by Bradford Libraries. This has been fully integrated into the new DIVA database.

In the longer term, each group will be written to twelve months after their last return to check that they are still operating and to make sure we have the latest information about them.

If you want to get your record updated now, rather than wait, we will be happy to process updates and will always make changes as soon as possible. To request a form with your group's details already printed on which only require amending, you can phone us on 01274 434572, or contact us via the feedback form and we'll be pleased to send you one. Or another option is to go into a group's record online and use the 'Improve record' option in the Toolbox.

As well as the form, we also have an additional information booklet.

If you are viewing other records and see ways that they can be updated or improved, we'd very much welcome your feedback to help keep DIVA as accurate and detailed as possible.
