Airedale and Wharfedale Autism Resource (AWARE)
AWARE supports parents, carers, siblings, professionals and interested parties in the care and support of those with an autistic spectrum condition. Open to anyone involved with a person with an autistic spectrum condition, or who has an ASC diagnosis themselves. We have a monthly newsletter and meetings with speakers on relevant topics, also an extensive library on autism. We run youth clubs, holiday scheme, monthly trips scheme for over 16s and other children's activities.
Childrens activities based at Addingham Youth Centre.
Membership open to those in Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. Meet at Child Development Centre, Airedale hospital, Steeton, 2nd Tuesday of month at 8.00pm
